Site Location

The site, which is allocated for redevelopment in Newport City Council’s emerging Unitary Development Plan, is approximately 600 acres (about 240 hectares) in size, extending from Newport Retail Park in the west to Corus’ retained New Llanwern site in the east.

Previously the home to a comprehensive steel manufacturing complex, this site has the capacity and potential to accommodate a significant amount of new development without the loss of any greenfield land.
